POOCH PASTRIES DOES NOT OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES

You may pick up your products from 7am-5pm

USPS does not ship on Sunday's or the following U.S holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Martin Luther King Jr Day
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veteran's Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

- Once we receive your order, please allow 72 business hours for processing for all items being shipped. 

- Please allow 7-10 business day for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT FOR CUSTOMERS WHO DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR SHIPMENT ONLY

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Shipping cost is not included in exchange.

- If your order is returned back to the sender, Pooch Pastries, you are responsible for paying for shipping IF its a customer error. Ex: missing apartment number, incorrect street name etc.
